CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RESERVATIONS MADE ON http://www.tropicshotel.com

We will not charge your credit card before you arrive. However, we may authorize your card on or before your arrival date, and if it is declined for any reason, your reservation will be canceled. Additionally, if you do not show up and do NOT cancel your reservation in writing (via email, fax, or by regular mail) so that we receive it at least twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be charged for the amount for your first nights stay and taxes.
